N or part number 622-2615-211 GPWS computer and a part number 622-2668-011 Barometric Altitude Computer installed in conformance with DAS-1-WE Approved Master List of drawings and related documents or later FAA approved revision (Continued on page 3.).

Installation of dual Collins FD-109 Flight Director System in accordance with master list of drawings and related documents for United Air Lines Change Order Authorization No. 2-4950 dated April 27, 1977 or later FAA approved revision. Each system consists of one each of the following components. Roll computer P/N 522-4428-008, Pitch Computer P/N 522-4892-008, Instrument Amplifier P/N 522-3874-005, Control Panel P/N 522-4431-001, Horizon Flight Director Indicator P/N 522-4430-002, Course Deviation\nIndicator P/N 522-2782-004, Pitch Mode Annunciator P/N R2901-159 and Roll Mode Annunciator P/N R2901-160. The Boeing DC-8-61 FAA Approved Aircraft Flight Manual DAC-33161 has been reviewed and no revision is required as a result of this change.

1. Aircraft wiring in accordance with Douglas Aircraft Co. Service Change #17 (UAL COA-0-1456) to provide an operational Aircraft Flight Data Rrecorder conforming to CAR Amendment 40-6, paragraph 40.208 with the following additions to assure recording of data during takeoff and landing roll: \na.\tRelay to provide automatic start of recording when nose landing gear reaches airborne condition on takeoff.\nb.\tTime delay relay to turn off recorder one minute after nose landing gear reaches "on ground" condition, on landing.\nc.\tInstallation of standard toggle switch on Systems Engineer's Console, to permit Second Officer to turn on recorder at start of takeoff run.\n2. Install Waste King Flight Data Recorder #5424, TSO-C51.
