This modification installs a laptop computer within a cabin partition, and allows flight attendants to record discrepant cabin items and print a list of them on the cockpit printer. The installation is in accordance with DAS-1-WE Approved United Air Lines Drawing List No. 00002 dated February 14, 1995, or later FAA approved revisions.

Increase Business Class seat pitch in C-Zone, D-Zone, and U/D, changing seat count from 35F-134C-124Y to 35F-105C-124Y. Remove (29) Business Class seats. Rework (105) Business Class seats to provide 12" recline and install seats at increased 48" -50" pitch in C-Zone, D-Zone, and U/D. Remove (1) existing centerline video/coat closet and install (1) new centerline video/coat closet in B-Zone. Install (2) new centerline coat closets in D-Zone. This modification was accomplished in accordance with United Air Lines, DAS-1-WE, Approved Master Drawing List No. 00003, dated May 15, 1995, or later FAA approved revisions.

Convert 747-100 series aircraft to a two class (first and economy) aircraft with a seat count of 42F-408Y. Modification removes all Connoisseur Class seats in B and C zones and replaces them with re-pitched economy seats. Class dividers in C-zone are removed. One video projector in C-zone is removed, and the remaining projector in C-zone is relocated forward. First class seats are replaced and re-pitched. New first class seats have manual footrests vs. electric footrests on the old seats. Re-wire flight attendant call system and install a fourth PA amp. This modification was accomplished in accordance with United Air Lines DAS-1-WE Approved Master Drawing List No. 00015 dated March 5, 1996, or later FAA approved revisions.
