New first class seats have manual footrests vs. electric footrests on the old seats. Re-wire flight attendant call system and install a fourth PA amp. This modification was accomplished in accordance with United Air Lines DAS-1-WE Approved Master Drawing List No. 00015 dated March 5, 1996, or later FAA approved revisions.
